Roma’s Lorenzo Pellegrini may be staying in Italy, albeit with a different club
Juventus have organised showdown talks with the agent of Arsenal target Lorenzo Pellegrini.
The midfielder is in high demand this summer as he has a release clause of around £22m in his current contract.
Arsenal are already working on a move for the youngster, who will turn 22 in the middle of June.
But, according to Calciomercato, Juventus have now scheduled talks with Pellegrini’s agent and may win the race for him.
The Italian champions are serious about signing the midfielder and want a deal thrashed out quickly.
Roma, however, are still trying to persuade Pellegrini to stay by offering him a new contract on improved terms.
