AC Milan have agreed to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko on a season-long loan from Chelsea, according to reports.
It is understood the deal will include an option to buy for £35.56m.
Sky in Italy are reporting that the 23-year-old France international will have a medical with the Italian club on Monday morning.
Bakayoko joined the Blues from Monaco last summer for £40m but failed to adapt to the Premier League in his debut season.
Reports suggest he is disappointed to have been omitted from new boss Maurizio Sarri’s plans.
The west London club have acquired Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic this summer, making Bakayoko surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
