This Saturday, March 24, eZWay Care and the Business Expo Center will host a benefit to raise funds for the American Cancer Society to celebrate eZWay Care Founder Eric Zuley’s birthday and to honor actress and humanitarian Kate Linder. The American Cancer Society is on a mission to free the world from cancer and until then, they fund and conduct research, share expert information, support patients and spread the word about prevention so everyone with cancer can live longer and better lives. eZWay Care continues their efforts to bring positive change in society, promote global peace and help make the world a better and more caring place. Kate Linder has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and has starred as Esther Valentine on the #1 rated soap opera The Young and the Restless for 36 years in addition to multiple film roles and working tirelessly for charities for the past 40 years. Linder is the longtime celebrity spokesperson for the ALS Association and has hosted charity teas in Canada for over 20 years for Canucks for Kids and March of Dimes Canada. She spends her holidays serving the hungry at the Los Angeles Mission and has been on multiple USO tours. Linder will receive the eZWay Achievement Award at the event. Past recipients include co-Creator of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Frank Shankwitz, Woman of Global Change founder Shellie Hunt and co-Founder of E! Entertainment, Larry Namer.
The evening will include a performance by Magic Castle magician Evan Disney, Ugg Boots founder Brian Smith will give a keynote address and the event will feature a panel debuting groundbreaking technology techniques and trends along with a half-hour networking session. Eric “EZ” Zuley will be feted on his birthday and will discuss eZWay’s unique methodologies and solutions for small to mid-sized businesses including demonstrating how eZWay currency and his new eZWay coin can provide a powerful marketing tool for business-to-business, business-to-consumer and business-to-management strategies. About Kate Linder
Kate Linder has portrayed Esther Valentine on CBS’ The Young and the Restless, the #1 rated soap opera, for almost 36 years. In 2008, Linder received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Linder has a busy feature film career as well, she was in the recent feature films Hysteria, Erased, Miss Meadows, Garry Marshall’s Mother’s Day and The Charnel House. Linder is also in several upcoming feature films including Charlie Matthau’s Book of Leah, Stereotypically You, Voice from the Stone and A Song for the Living. Linder has been the celebrity spokesperson for The ALS Association for over a decade since her late brother-in-law’s initial diagnosis. She has lobbied Congress on their behalf and won several of their volunteer awards for her efforts.
