Amiri is wanted by some of Europe’s biggest clubs
Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur’s pursuit of highly-rated Hoffenheim youngster Nadiem Amiri appears to be over after the player’s agent confirmed he wouldn’t be leaving this summer.
The midfielder has a release clause of just £15 million in his current contract with the Bundesliga side and this has alerted the attentions of several of Europe’s biggest names.
Indeed Arsenal, Man United and Spurs have all set their sights on snapping up the 21-year-old this summer.
However Amiri’s agent and brother, Nauwid, has revealed that the in-demand Hoffenheim star will not be leaving the club this summer.
“He feels very comfortable here, they are the club of his youth, where he became a professional,” he told Bild.
“He also has a coach in Julian Nagelsmann who has been with him for three and a half years and with whom he worked in the youth ranks.”
