Requirements
– Must have a strong interest and knowledge in 1 of the following Music/Entertainment/Sports
– Familiarity with Soul Central Magazine / Soul Central TV – the content, post style, and demographic.
– Experience writing and copy editing for blogs, websites, or publications
– Well developed writing/journalism skills
– Ability to work independently, but also within the structure of a team
– Basic content management system knowledge is a plus but not required
Education
– Degree in English, Journalism, or equivalent work experience
Compensation
– Competitive / negotiated based on experience
Position Type
– Full-Time (Mon – Fri: 9AM-5PM; Sat – Sun: 10AM-6PM)
