Bend Not Break (Lyrics) Boye/Powers/Knight
Boye Central Music (BMI)
Before you go can I ask you a question? When’s the last time you thought life’s worth living? You may think there’s only one way out Can’t see beyond the way you feel right now.
But if you just bend And not break If you just bend And not break oh At least not today Ohhh
Olele olele eyo Olele olele
I know that this permanence is tempting Cuz even on a good day you feel empty But Someone’s gonna miss you when you’re gone There’s so much more to do if you hold on!
If you just bend And not break If you just bend And not break At least not today
Not today Not today Not today At least not today Not today Not today Not today Hold on!
Cause you’ve got a mother Got a sister Got a brother Got a father Son and daughter in your life
If you just bend And not break If you just bend And not break At least not today
I can tell by the way you feel its hard to stay strong, in the midst of all this madness through the darkness please hold on yeah, won’t you please hold on? “Hold on!!!
(Kids choir)
Cause you’ve got a mother Got a sister Got a brother Got a father Son and daughter in your life.
They’re living for you!!
Cause you’ve got a mother Got a sister Got a brother Got a father Son and daughter in your life.
